Fermented, "pickled" vegetables, a traditional appetizers at holiday parties, have now became a buzz word that we are hearing about from the healthiest of doctors, friends and family.

What are they? Fermented Vegetable are an important source of valuable probiotics that support healthy gut flora. They provide a healthy dose of probiotics that can aid in digestion, which can lead to a healthier liver, glowing skin, hormonal balance and improved mood.

Let's gather together and craft our own fermented vegetables.

I will provide the jars, veggies and recipe, and education on Gut Health.

Cost of class is $15.00

You will be able to make your own jar and take home that day.

Your jar will be ready for gift giving or celebrate at your own holiday table.

My goal is to assist you in making the healthiest of holidays.
