About the event
Join us at Lowell Arts for Children's Yoga Class, ages 4 -8. We will explore breath and playful yoga poses along with a fun activity. Yoga for kids will help create a calm nervous system so children can feel peaceful and relaxed. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Parents can drop children off, but first walk them upstairs to fill out waiver. We will start promptly at 7:00pm.
