About The Event
Join us for a six week yoga session. In this session we will practice breathing,
feeling and listening to our bodies.
We will focus on letting go of self expectations, and competition. We will practice how to keep our minds and bodies in the present moment.
The physical benefits are, increased flexibility, stronger muscles, better body tone, natural weight loss, too many to mention all.
We will meet every Wednesday beginning on October 2 for 6 weeks. The time is 6 to 7 pm at Naturally Nourished lobby. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfy clothes.
This class is for all levels, no experience necessary.
