Fall yoga is here!!

Fall is the season of transform We can see this all around us in nature, the leaves are falling air is changing. 
It is just as important for us to change with the seasons.

In this Yoga session will focus inward as we prepare for cooler temperatures and getting back into routine. 

By focusing on the body, breath, and mind, we create a connection within ourselves.

My goal is to develop an awareness of our own energy, flexibility, and feeling empowered.

We will end class with blankets, and essential oils. 

Classes are for all levels and all bodies!

Class begins Monday, September 13th at 7:00 p.m. through October 18th.
