6 Week Session - Coopersville
This Yoga session is a 6 week alignment-oriented practice taking place on Wednesday evenings. This class emphasizes alignment and breath while entering, holding, and leaving the posture. I use postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath while holding the poses to develop flexibility and relaxation. Class is for all levels. All you need is comfy yoga clothes, a water bottle and your mat!
