Summer is upon us!
Join me in practicing yoga outdoors. Outdoor yoga combines exercise, releasing natural mood boosters (endorphins) and the natural world.
These two work incredibly well together, improving your sense of self.
From feeling more confident and happier to carefree and open, outdoors yoga benefits your mental health.
By focusing on the body, breath, and mind, we create a connection within ourselves.
My goal is to develop an awareness of our own energy - our prana, or life force.
Classes are for all levels.
Please bring your mat, a blanket for end of class and any props you may need.
Class begins Monday June 14th at 7:00 p.m. through August 2nd. (No class on July 5th.)
You can purchase 4 classes for $40.00 (savings of 8.00)
Drop in is 12.00 per class
