Back in the game


How’s everyones summer going? It's been a real long time since I have posted here.

My expertise is not in writing, so it is always at the very bottom of my list. I am trying to turn over a new leaf and stay more present with my blogs. I am aiming for every other Monday, contributing content. It might be recipes, lifestyle tips, what's going on with Encompassing You and what I have been up to personally.

It was such a beautiful summer day today. I hope you all had a chance to get outdoors and able to connect with nature.

I wanted to let you know a little bit about what you’re going to see for the next 30 days on Encompassing You’s face book page. I have returned to my roots in my health coaching business.

Can you take a guess? I’ll clue you in, plant based, plant based and plant based.

Any guess’s???

Seriously, I will no longer be speaking about protein from animal sources or coaching anything meat. (I do respect anyone that eats clean sourced meat.)

That is not my passion. I use to try to incorporate clean meat protein in for clients if they requested. I feel as if this just doesn't resonate with me anymore.

I know this will concern a few clients but I truly have taken some quiet time to listen to what speaks to my mind, body and soul and plant based is where it's at.

Moving forward for the next 30 days I will be posting content everyday (8:30 am).

Plant based facts, recipes, and ideas on how and WHY you should up your plant based game.

I hope you enjoy the posts and please give me feedback or feel free to ask any questions.
