Do you feel overwhelmed when you shop for Protein Powders?
Here’s a few things to keep in mind when shopping for one.
🌱Don’t fall into the fancy marketing scam, that sucks you down the rabbit hole, meaning franken food(not real food)ingredients.
🌱Know your product, read reviews, recognize that words like natural don’t mean organic!
🌱If you can’t pronounce it, it is probably synthetic.
🌱Shop for organic.
🌱Lok for the non GMO label.(The certified blue butterfly is the label to look for.)
🌱If buying a flavored protein powder, think of the recipes you will be using. Will that particular flavor hinder the taste.
🌱Look for the amount if protein per serving. You typically want 15 or more.
🌱 If using a Whey protein powder make sure its grass fed.
