Spring is upon us and our bodies are designed to move stagnant energy, detox the mind and body, and restore the equilibrium.

No better way to kick start the process than with a yoga class with essential oils to expedite the feeling of a fresh new YOU! Plus, we're a group of cool, fun women to spend an hour with!
