About The Event
Taking care of our body, mind, and spirit helps supply us with the energy, mood, and mental clarity to better care for others (kids, partner, friends, clients, patients, co-workers). We invite you to join us on this afternoon intended for You. Come experience how certain foods, exercise, and essential oils can enhance your health and happiness. We’ll make, move, and taste together in a fun, sunny setting! This is a great opportunity for all women, and especially Mom this Mother’s Day!
Weather permitting, most of our activities will be outdoors. In case of inclement weather, we’ll be inside the Maatman building next to the park.
The Event Includes:
~ Yoga and Relaxation Practice. Necia will lead you in a 30-minute yoga flow to strengthen and lengthen your body, and relaxation to calm the mind and spirit. We will highlight the sun salutation and positive affirmations to improve confidence and mood. Please bring a mat or towel, water bottle, and dress in comfortable, layered clothing.
~ Smoothie Demo. Dawn will share how nutrition is a key component to self care. Learn about what to put into a smoothie to make it a quality meal, how to pre-package ingredients for quick and easy preparation.
~ Body Care Make & Take. Katie will explain how to use essential oils for a self-care routine. Learn about, make and take home a natural body care product to nurture yourself at home this summer.
~ Giveaways! Three lucky women will go home with a giveaway from our event hosts (a free Pop-Up Fitness summer session; Smoothie E-book; Essential oils product). All women will go home with their Make & Take item, lots of education, and restored energy and focus.
$38 per person
