Nom-Aste: Bend, Brew, Zen Bowls

Encompassing You, Lowell Family Chiropractic, and Big Boiler Brewing are teaming up to bring together three of our favorite things, yoga, nutritious food and beer! We start with an hour of yoga and then cool down with a frosty pint and delicious Zen Bowl with fellow Yogis. This is an exclusive event so spaces are limited, so reserve your spot now.
