About The Event
Join us for an 11 week yoga session.
The session is set up a bit differently this time. I know things can get crazy and we can easily forget things. I wanted to do a continuing session thru the end of January, with one payment.
This way it balances out is; If you come to all 11 classes you end up paying for only 10. If you choose to miss one you are not out anything. We will also be having a fun holiday yoga class on the 23rd of December, so plan on 1.5 hours.
We will work thru the stressful holidays together with breath and poise. In this session we will practice breathing,
feeling and listening to our bodies.
We will focus on letting go of self expectations, and competition. We will practice how to keep our minds and bodies in the present moment.
The physical benefits are, increased flexibility, stronger muscles, better body tone, natural weight loss, too many to mention all.
We will meet every Monday beginning on November 18th thru January 27th.
The time is 7 to 8 pm at Key Heights Community Center. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfy clothes.
This class is for all levels, no experience necessary.
