About The Event
Health starts in the gut. Research has shown that chronic breakouts, fatigue, mood, anxiety, and energy levels can all be digestion related.
Dawn Hamilton, owner of Encompassing You, Raw Food Chef, and Health Coach will be educating on the importance of whole food prebiotic and probiotics for gut health.
