About The Event
We will focus on letting go of self expectations, and competition. We will practice how to keep our minds and bodies in the present moment.
The physical benefits are, increased flexibility, stronger muscles, better body tone, natural weight loss, too many to mention all.
We will meet every Monday.
The time is 7 to 8 pm at Key Heights Community Center. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfy clothes.
This class is for all levels, no experience necessary.
