Drink the Rainbow and Veggie Stamping (Lowell)

Let’s ditch the sugary drinks and impact our kids’ day with nutrition. We will identify different fruits and vegetables, and Dawn will touch on the individual nutrients found in the different colors of produce. Most of all it will be fun, colorful and yummy!

You will be able to assemble your own Rainbow Smoothie and do some veggie stamping art work.

Your kids will be raving about how delicious their smoothie are especially when they get to pick out their flavors/ colors. You will be leaving with the recipes to re-create at home.
